Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics — and instead of hiding the cracks, you highlight them. For this evening at The Nudge, we’ll do a faux kintsugi version (beginner-friendly, zero pressure, very cozy).
Expect a warm table, hands busy, hearts open: we’ll craft, snack, sip tea and wine, and let conversation flow around resilience and new chapters:
What broke you a little but shaped you?
What are you proud you survived?
Where are you stronger now?
What’s included
Faux kintsugi workshop (guided, no experience needed)
All materials + broken pieces provided
Snacks + tea & wine
A small, intimate group (limited seats)
Bring your own piece (optional)
If you have something special that broke and you’d love to repair it, you’re welcome to bring it along. (Please note: this is a decorative repair, not food-safe.)
Good to know
We’ll be using glue and gold markers/paint pens — please wear something you don’t mind getting a tiny bit messy.
Your piece will need time to fully cure at home after the event (you’ll leave with care instructions).
