Hello, I'm Iona, the founder of The Nudge Lisboa.

 

Recently, I've had a significant realization about my business. I woke up one morning and realized that while I've loved cooking for my community and providing postpartum visits, what truly brings me joy is creating events and connecting with incredible women. I've found that learning together and sharing topics in a safe place is where my passion lies. As a result, I've decided to focus more on connecting people, fostering a growing and connected community through real-life events, meetups, and open conversations. Rest assured, I'll still be providing postpartum visits and nourishing postpartum mommies, but my primary goal now is to nurture this community and facilitate connections in a genuine, transparent, and safe environment. Each week, I'll share recipes, cover a range of topics, and encourage open discussions. I'm incredibly excited for this new journey to begin!
